Andre Drummond made an interesting confession about his career.

Once considered one of the most dominant big men in the NBA, Andre Drummond was particularly known for his rebounding prowess at the peak of his career. Throughout his 11-year NBA tenure, Drummond has averaged double-digit rebounds multiple times in a season.

The 31-year-old center, who will suit up for the Philadelphia 76ers in the upcoming season, made an appearance on the ‘Run Your Race’ podcast as the new season approaches.

During the show, Drummond admitted to a surprising tactic from his career, revealing that ‘in some games, he purposely missed shots to grab more rebounds.’

Last season, Drummond played in 79 games for the Chicago Bulls, averaging 8.4 points and 9.0 rebounds per game.”
