Before an NFL game in London, Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou celebrated his common Australian origin with Chicago Bears punter Tory Taylor by exchanging shirts at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

On Sunday, American football returned to London when the Jacksonville Jaguars and Chicago Bears played at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Ange Postecoglou, the head coach of the Spurs, got the opportunity to meet with fellow Australian Tory Taylor, the Bears punter, prior to the game.

Australian Connection in London

Taylor, 27, and Postecoglou, 59, have close ties to Melbourne, Australia. Postecoglou played for South Melbourne FC for the majority of his playing career and managed the team for many years; Taylor was born there. The two Australians exchanged shirts during the meeting; video captured Postecoglou’s excitement.
