Barıs Alper Yılmaz’s goal nominated for ‘best goal’

Galatasaray’s national player Barıs Alper Yılmaz’s goal against Swedish team Elfsborg has been nominated for the best goal of the week in the UEFA Europa League.

In the voting on the league’s website, Barıs Alper Yılmaz, who scored in the 44th minute of the match that Galatasaray won 4-3, was nominated in the “goal of the week” category.

Other players nominated in the same category include Christian Eriksen, who scored for Manchester United against Fenerbahce, Villads Nielsen from Bodo/Glimt, and Vaclav Cerny from Rangers.
