Bayern Munich Provide Injury Update on Harry Kane

Bayern Munich has provided an official update on Harry Kane’s status following his injury scare in the club’s 3-3 draw against Eintracht Frankfurt over the weekend. The 31-year-old striker was forced off during the match, raising questions about his fitness ahead of England’s Nations League games.

In a statement, Bayern Munich confirmed that Kane has been cleared to join England for their next games: “The examination by the doctors of the English national football team has shown that Harry Kane does not have a structural injury.”

The FC Bayern striker, who was substituted due to an injury in the Bundesliga encounter against Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday evening, will thus remain in the English FA’s squad for the future international fixtures.

Kane has been in blistering form for Bayern Munich, scoring 10 goals in nine games this season. His strong scoring streak continues in England, where he has six goals in 11 games in 2024. With his importance to both Bayern and the Three Lions, preserving his fitness will be critical as England prepares for a Nations League doubleheader under Lee Carsley.

The encouraging injury report assures that Kane can maintain his excellent form, which will benefit both his club and his country’s campaigns.
