BMW Provides Update on Toprak Razgatlıoğlu’s Health Condition

ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team has issued a new update on Toprak Razgatlıoğlu’s health following his crash at Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours.

After being diagnosed with mild traumatic pneumothorax, Razgatlıoğlu was deemed unfit to race.

Toprak had been receiving treatment in France, but doctors have now cleared him to travel to Italy to continue his recovery.

In a statement, BMW said: “The attending doctors have approved Razgatlıoğlu’s travel to Italy, where he will continue his treatment with a professional medical team.”

“Italy is also the location of the next WorldSBK round.”

“However, his participation in the Cremona races will depend on the progress of his recovery and the evaluation by the Circuit’s Chief Medical Officer and FIM WorldSBK Medical Director during the race weekend.”
