Caterina Bosetti on Her Goals with Vakıfbank: “We Aim to Win Trophies”
Italian volleyball star Caterina Bosetti, who will represent Vakıfbank in the Sultans League this season, shared her thoughts in an interview with Spettacolo Musica Sport. Bosetti highlighted Vakıfbank’s winning culture and her ambitions for the upcoming season.
“Vakıfbank is a club that is used to winning,” said Bosetti. “They have built a team that will aim for trophies or at least reach the finals in all tournaments. We still need a few players to return from their national teams, and once we have a full squad, we will meet to focus on our daily, monthly, and seasonal goals.”
Reflecting on her dreams of winning in Turkey, Bosetti added, “After winning Olympic gold, which was my biggest dream, I felt a bit empty. I decided to focus on smaller, step-by-step goals. Now, in Turkey, I want to set short-term goals. My aim is to have a good season, win the Turkish Cup, become the Turkish League champion, and reach the Champions League final.”
