Galatasaray is experiencing a highly eventful period with multiple departures and transfers taking place back-to-back.

On Monday, September 2nd, Galatasaray wrapped up one of the most active transfer days in its history. In addition to securing Victor Osimhen, the yellow-reds also bid farewell to one of their captains, Kerem Aktürkoğlu.
Continuing their transfer efforts, Galatasaray has set their sights on Juventus’s Filip Kostic. According to Nicolo Schira, the Turkish giants are interested in signing Filip Kostic. The report states that Juventus has accepted Galatasaray’s offer, but Kostic has yet to be convinced to leave Juventus and move to Turkey.
It is also highlighted that Galatasaray officials are continuing their negotiations in Italy to finalize the transfer. The 31-year-old Serbian winger joined Juventus in 2022 for a transfer fee of €14.70 million. During his time with the Turin club, Kostic has played 87 matches, scoring 3 goals and providing 15 assists.
