Footage of Köhn at the airport returning to Germany has surfaced. The transfer has been officially confirmed shortly thereafter. Köhn signed a formal contract with Werder Bremen following medical examinations.
Galatasaray Announces Transfer
Galatasaray has notified the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) about Derrick Köhn’s transfer to Germany. Köhn has signed with Werder Bremen. Galatasaray has also reported the loan transfer to KAP (Public Disclosure Platform). The statement from Galatasaray is as follows:
“Our professional footballer Derrick Köhn has been transferred on loan to SV Werder Bremen GmbH&Co. KGaA for the 2024-2025 season with an option to buy.”
