Derrick Köhn Leaves Galatasaray, Ismael Jakobs Joins
As expected, Derrick Köhn has parted ways with Galatasaray. The yellow-red club, which acquired the 25-year-old left-back from Hannover 96 for 3.35 million euros last February, has now loaned him to Werder Bremen, also in Germany. Meanwhile, Galatasaray has found their new left-back.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Galatasaray has reached an agreement with Monaco to loan Jakobs with a mandatory purchase option of 10 million euros.
