Galatasaray’s UEFA Europa League group rival Dinamo Kiev suffered a 3-0 defeat against Lazio in their first match of the tournament. Fisayo Dele Bashiru, who transferred from Hatayspor to Lazio, was one of the standout players of the match with 1 goal and 1 assist.
In the first week of the UEFA Europa League, Ukrainian team Dinamo Kiev hosted Italian side Lazio at Volksparkstadion in Hamburg, Germany. The match ended with a 3-0 win for the visiting team.
Lazio’s goals were scored by Boulaye Dia in the 4th and 35th minutes, and Fisayo Dele Bashiru in the 33rd minute. Dele Bashiru, who recently joined Lazio from Hatayspor, also provided an assist.
In the 72nd minute, Dinamo Kiev’s Maksym Bragaru received a red card, and in the 82nd minute, Lazio’s Tijanni Noslin was also sent off.
Dinamo Kiev, one of Galatasaray’s group rivals in the Europa League, will face German team Hoffenheim in their second match on Thursday, October 3rd. On the same day, Lazio will host French side Nice.
