Major Fight in Besiktas Women’s Volleyball Match

The match between Besiktas and Bahcelievler Belediyespor in the Vodafone Sultanlar League turned chaotic.

During the second set, a fight broke out between the bodyguards of Bahcelievler Mayor Hakan Bahadır and Besiktas officials. The altercation reportedly stemmed from insults, leading to physical confrontations between the two sides. Besiktas fans also got involved in the incident, causing a lengthy stoppage in the match.

HARSH STATEMENT FROM THE BLACK-WHITE CLUB

Besiktas Club reacted to the incident, stating, “Upon entering the hall, the Bahcelievler Mayor, with great arrogance, questioned why he was not welcomed at the door, then escalated the situation with provocative and threatening behavior towards our officials, using insults, and ultimately causing injuries to our officials due to the intervention of his bodyguards.” The match was won by Bahcelievler with a score of 3-1.
