Real Madrid Preparing to Sign Erling Haaland
After securing Kylian Mbappe from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), Real Madrid is gearing up for another blockbuster transfer. The Spanish giant is reportedly planning to add Manchester City’s star Erling Haaland to their squad, forming a new ‘Los Galacticos.’
Following their Champions League and La Liga titles, Real Madrid has made a swift entry into the transfer market ahead of the new season by signing French superstar Kylian Mbappe on a five-year contract. The next target for the Spanish giant is said to be Erling Haaland.
According to a report from Spanish outlet Fichajes, the Norwegian striker from Manchester City wants to join Real Madrid. Carlo Ancelotti is reportedly dreaming of a forward trio consisting of Vinicius Jr, Kylian Mbappe, and Erling Haaland.
The report also states that Manchester City, aware of the 23-year-old player’s desire to leave, plans to offer Haaland a new contract with a substantial pay raise. Last season, Haaland scored 38 goals and provided 6 assists in 45 appearances for Manchester City.
