Sauber to race in Las Vegas with new livery
Sauber will race with a special livery at this weekend’s Las Vegas GP.
Sauber, the only team not to score any points so far this year, introduced new livery schemes to various races throughout the year.
Another of these races will be the Las Vegas GP this weekend.
The new city-inspired color scheme reflects the energetic atmosphere, striking lights and non-stop action of Las Vegas.
Designed with the contribution of Stake, this fire-themed visual represents the team’s never-giving spirit. The team’s comment on this is “just as the flames burn non-stop, the team’s determination continues to burn in the same way, round after round.”
The design pays homage to the colorful energy of Las Vegas, as well as the city’s performing arts culture, dating from the era of Elvis Presley to the present day.
The flame patterns on the vehicle are complemented by the special overalls and garage decorations worn by Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu.
