Fenerbahçe is seeking an agreement with Fiorentina for the transfer of Sofyan Amrabat. The club, which has strengthened its squad with star players this season, continues negotiations for the Moroccan midfielder.
According to a report by Sabah, Fenerbahçe has proposed a loan deal with a mandatory purchase option for Sofyan Amrabat during negotiations with Fiorentina. The yellow-navy blues have offered €12 million for the mandatory buy option, while the Italian club demands €15 million.
While Fenerbahçe has reached an agreement with the player on many aspects, discussions on his annual salary are ongoing. Fenerbahçe has offered €4 million per year, but Amrabat is asking for €4.5 million.
Fenerbahçe aims to finalize the transfer by resolving all issues with the player, provided that negotiations with Fiorentina yield positive results.
The club’s management plans to reach the signing stage for the Amrabat transfer by next week at the latest.
