Turkish Wrestlers Win Two Bronze Medals on Final Day of World Under-20 Wrestling Championship

On the last day of the World Under-20 Wrestling Championship, Turkish national athletes secured two bronze medals in the freestyle category.

The tournament, held in Pontevedra, Spain, concluded with the medal matches in the 61, 74, 86, 92, and 125 kg weight classes. In the 61 kg third-place match, Ahmet Yağan triumphed over Japan’s Ryogo Asano with a 3-2 victory to claim the bronze medal. Meanwhile, in the 125 kg bronze medal match, Hakan Büyükçıngıl defeated India’s Singh Jaspooran 3-2.

The Under-20 Freestyle National Team concluded the championship with two bronze medals.
