The question of which national team Deniz Gul will choose is being closely followed. Ahead of the new season, the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) has made a statement regarding the national team preference of 20-year-old forward Deniz Gul, who transferred from Hammarby to Porto.
Porto transferred Deniz Gul from Hammarby for 4.5 million euros at the beginning of the season, and there is curiosity about which national team he will choose. Currently playing for the Sweden U21 team, efforts are ongoing to integrate Deniz Gul into the Turkish National Team. TFF Vice President Ceyhun Kazanci provided updates on the situation. He mentioned that they have spoken with Deniz Gul and expressed their desire to see him wear the national jersey, stating, “He is a valuable player. He plays in a position that is a focal point of discussions, the number 9 position. Deniz is a player that our technical team has closely examined and appreciates.”
Kazanci also noted that Deniz Gul wants to play for the Turkish National Team, saying, “He has the desire; we hope this will not change at the last minute. It is uncertain, of course, as we have some procedures and paperwork to complete. After that, we hope he will join our national team as soon as possible.” He emphasized that they also aim to integrate other players into the national team, stating, “It’s not just Deniz; there are other players as well. We aim to increase competition in every position. Our biggest wish is to maintain the atmosphere here and to widen the pool of the best players for our team.”
Doğru kişiler peşinden gidiliyor umarım Deniz bizim için hayırlı olursun😍
