Women’s EuroLeague 2024-2025 Season Draw and Groups Announced with New Format

The draw for the Women’s EuroLeague 2024-2025 season, held in Munich, Germany, has revealed the groups for the tournament, which will be played with a new format for the first time this year. The reigning champions of the past two seasons, Fenerbahçe, along with other Turkish teams, have learned their opponents.

Fenerbahçe’s Opponents in Group C

Reigning champions Fenerbahçe will compete in Group C against Villeneuve d’Ascq LM (France), KGHM Polkowice (Poland), and the winner of the Zaragoza (Spain)/CSM Constanta (Romania) playoff.

ÇBK Mersin in Group B

ÇBK Mersin will play in Group B against Tango Bourges Basket (France), Olympiakos (Greece), and the winner of the Szekszard (Hungary)-Zabiny Brno (Czech Republic) matchup.

Beşiktaş’s Playoff Challenge

Beşiktaş will face Basket Landes (France) in the playoffs to qualify for the group stage. If they succeed, they will join Group A, which includes Beretta Famila Schio (Italy), DVTK HUN-Term (Hungary), and Perfumerias Avenida (Spain).

Tournament Schedule
