Thiago Scuro, the CEO of AS Monaco, is apparently being considered by Arsenal to replace Edu Gaspar as sporting director following his recent departure. Scuro has played a key role in remaking the team with an emphasis on young talent. He is well-known for his strategic squad revamp at Monaco.
