Aston Villa Sign Brazil Star Gabi Nunes as Alisha Lehmann Replacement

Aston Villa have announced the club-record signing of Brazilian international Gabi Nunes, who joins the team on a two-year deal with the option of an additional year. Nunes arrives from Spanish club Levante and is expected to fill the gap left by Alisha Lehmann’s move to Juventus.

The Brazilian forward, who has earned 22 international caps, represented her country at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, scoring one goal. Brazil reached the final but were defeated by the United States in the gold medal match.
