Ahead of the crucial match to be held in Switzerland, Galatasaray announced their squad, revealing that Barış Alper Yılmaz was not included due to a health issue. The club released the following statement:

“Barış Alper Yılmaz, who has been suffering from nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, was diagnosed with food poisoning and did not join the squad that traveled to Switzerland today. A decision regarding his condition will be made after an evaluation tomorrow morning.”

Meanwhile, Wilfried Zaha, who had requested to sit out of the Trendyol Süper Lig matches against Atakaş Hatayspor and TÜMOSAN Konyaspor due to ongoing transfer negotiations, and Derrick Köhn, who was pulled from the Konyaspor match last minute due to an upper respiratory infection, were both included in the squad traveling to Switzerland.
