Pedro Mendes Considers the Possibility of Ronaldo Joining Messi at Inter Miami

Cristiano Ronaldo’s former teammate Pedro Mendes believes that Ronaldo joining Inter Miami would be a perfect ending and that the duo could finish their careers together. Speaking to BoyleSports, Mendes stated that Ronaldo joining Inter Miami would be amazing for fans and incredible for football in America, but he noted that this possibility is very unlikely.

The debate over who is better, Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo, which has dominated the football world for the past 20 years, is slowly fading as CR7 moves to Saudi Arabia and Messi joins Major League Soccer team Inter Miami. However, fans can still dream of seeing these two legends play together.

Messi and Ronaldo are considered the best and most successful players of the 21st century. Together, they have won a total of 13 Ballon d’Or awards, nine Champions League titles, and 76 trophies, and have scored 1,732 goals in official matches throughout their careers.

Ronaldo recently lost in the quarterfinals against France in the European Championship, making it unlikely that he will play for Portugal in another major tournament. On the other hand, Messi will attempt to win his fourth Copa America title with world champions Argentina and will face Canada in the semifinals on July 10.

Oh wow, what a groundbreaking insight from Mendes! I mean, who would have ever thought that Ronaldo and Messi might want to retire together? It’s not like we haven’t heard that a million times before or anything. And clearly, Mendes is the football oracle we all needed in our lives to tell us what we already know. Maybe next he’ll suggest they should play chess together too! Because that’s exactly what fans are waiting for, right? A chess match between two of the greatest footballers? Wowza!

I can’t believe how deep Mendes’ thoughts are on this topic! It’s almost like he’s trying to sell us a fairy tale where two grown men kick a ball around until they’re old and gray. I mean, come on! What’s next? Are they going to start a retirement home for ex-footballers? That sounds way more exciting than watching them play on the pitch! At least then we’d get some real entertainment with bingo nights and early bird specials!
