The UEFA Champions League play-off round second-leg matches have been completed, and the 36 teams that will compete in the new format have been determined.
After today’s four play-off matches, the teams advancing to the group stage of Europe’s top club competition have been finalized.
Croatian side Dinamo Zagreb, having defeated Azerbaijani team Qarabağ 3-0 at home, managed a 2-0 win away to secure their place in the groups.
French club Lille, who reached the play-offs by eliminating Fenerbahçe, lost 2-1 away to Czech side Slavia Prague after a 2-0 home victory but still advanced.
Serbian team Red Star Belgrade, matched against Norwegian side Bodo/Glimt, overcame a 2-1 away loss by winning 2-0 at home to qualify for the groups.
Slovakian club Slovan Bratislava, who drew 1-1 away against Danish side Midtjylland, secured their spot in the Champions League groups with a 3-2 home win.
