Verstappen hopes to win again in Las Vegas
Red Bull driver Max Verstappen has set his sights on the top step of the podium for the Las Vegas GP.
Red Bull driver Max Verstappen took a big step towards the championship with a magnificent victory in the last race in Brazil.
The Dutch driver, who also ended his winless streak, is looking to win again in Las Vegas this weekend.
“The race in Brazil was incredible for us,” said Verstappen. “It was a special moment for me and my team.”
“It was great to get back to our old form; the team did a great job all weekend. We hope to continue in the same vein in the next race.”
“Las Vegas will be the start of the last stretch of the season, so everyone will be pushing one last time.”
“We did well on this track last year. It’s very fast and there are long straights so there will be good opportunities to overtake and fight.”
“Temperatures are expected to be low again, so it will be down to the tyres. We are taking each race individually at the moment, we are looking forward to the final part of the season.”
