Fenerbahçe Manager Jose Mourinho’s Daughter Matilde Set to Marry in October
Matilde Mourinho, the daughter of world-renowned Fenerbahçe manager Jose Mourinho, is preparing to marry her long-time partner Danny Graham in October. The wedding is set to take place in the quaint town of Azeitao, Portugal. The couple, who have been together since 2016, got engaged in August last year.
Mourinho’s future son-in-law, Danny Graham, is one of the co-founders of Agace and Graham, a London-based real estate consulting firm. Graham also has connections to the football world, having interned at LA Galaxy in 2016.
Wedding Planned Around International Break
Matilde enjoyed her bachelorette party in August with her mother and close friends. The wedding date was likely scheduled to accommodate her father, ensuring his attendance. The international break between October 6-14 aligns perfectly, allowing Mourinho to be present for his daughter’s special day.
Before the break, Fenerbahçe will play their last match against Twente in the Europa League on October 3, and their next Super Lig game will be against Samsunspor on October 20. Mourinho’s team currently sits in second place in the Turkish Super Lig with four wins, one draw, and one loss. Their sole defeat came last week against fierce rivals Galatasaray.
Following the Galatasaray defeat, Mourinho notably skipped the post-match press conference and criticized his rival, Okan Buruk, for a lengthy media appearance.
