Fenerbahçe Signs €50 Million Left-Back!

After transferring Ferdi Kadıoğlu to Brighton, Fenerbahçe has quickly set its sights on finding a high-profile replacement. The Turkish giants are reportedly pursuing Chelsea’s left-back, Ben Chilwell, who was signed for €50 million from Leicester City in 2020.

With ambitions of winning the league title this season, Fenerbahçe is looking to strengthen its squad with top-tier talent. Ben Chilwell, who is currently not in Chelsea’s plans under coach Enzo Maresca, has emerged as Fenerbahçe’s top target. The club is preparing to begin official negotiations this week, with a proposal to loan Chilwell with an option to buy.

However, if the move for Chilwell falls through, Mourinho has an alternative in mind: Sergio Reguilon, a former Tottenham player under his management. The Spanish left-back is reportedly open to a move to Fenerbahçe.
