Fenerbahce soaring in the ‘Stock Market League’

Among the sports clubs listed on Borsa Istanbul, Fenerbahce Futbol AS saw its shares rise by 23.4%, making it the most profitable sports company for investors during the January-September period.

According to data compiled by Anadolu Agency from Borsa Istanbul, the sports index decreased by 4.3% in the first 9 months of the year. In this period, Fenerbahce’s shares increased by 23.4%, while Galatasaray’s shares gained 11.4%. On the other hand, Besiktas’ shares dropped by 40.5%, and Trabzonspor’s shares decreased by 9.4%. Fenerbahce also holds the highest market value among the clubs on the stock exchange, standing at 11 billion 164 million 944 thousand TL.
