Fenerbahce issued a statement regarding tickets being sold on the black market ahead of the Fenerbahce-Galatasaray derby. In their statement, the club said:
“Our club’s determined fight against black market ticket sales continues ahead of the Fenerbahce-Galatasaray match. In this context, season tickets have been canceled for those who posted their seats at high prices on unofficial sales channels or shared their match entry data (QR Code), allowing third parties to enter the match illegally. The canceled season tickets will be available for general sale for future matches. Legal action will continue against those who violate Law No. 6222 on Preventing Violence and Disorder in Sports by selling tickets on the black market or entering matches with another person’s Passolig card.
This measure will remain in effect until the match begins. Black market sales are a crime. To prevent illegal activities in football, stop black market sales, and ensure that our supporters can access match tickets at official prices, our stance will continue resolutely.”
