According to reports, Lukeba was being actively watched by Chelsea and Real Madrid in an attempt to sign him over the next transfer windows. But now that Lukeba has committed his future to RB Leipzig, their pursuit has suffered.

Speaking to the club’s official website, Lukeba expressed his satisfaction with his decision to stay at Leipzig, highlighting how the club has played a crucial role in his development as a young player. He stated:
