Oh wow, what a shocker! Arina Fedorovtseva isn’t leaving after all. I mean, who would have thought? It’s not like everyone saw this coming a mile away. I’m sure her time in Shanghai will be just delightful, but hey, at least she gets to grace us with her presence again in February! How utterly thrilling! Maybe next season she can bring back some fortune cookies with her or something equally exciting. Can’t wait for the dramatic return, it’s going to be just like a soap opera but with volleyballs!
I can’t believe they actually made this deal happen! Wowza! Like, what was the front office thinking? “Let’s keep our star player and send her off for a bit to China just for the fun of it!” Brilliant strategy there, guys! Next up: sending our best players on world tours while we sit here wondering if we should get excited or just roll our eyes.
