Juventus aims for Premier League: 2 strikers on the list for winter transfer
Italian Serie A club Juventus is looking to sign a striker in the winter transfer window as a backup for Dusan Vlahovic. Two names from the English Premier League are standing out for the black-and-whites under the management of Thiago Motta.
Juventus, unbeaten so far this season in both the league and the Champions League under Motta, is planning to strengthen its attacking line in January.
Juventus has not been able to get the desired performance from the other strikers in the squad apart from Serbian striker Vlahovic, and it is reported that they want to make a move to provide cover for him.
According to reports in the Italian media, Juventus is interested in Everton players Beto and Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
PRIORITY IS A LOAN DEAL
Juventus is considering making a striker addition in the summer transfer window and, for this reason, is exploring loan options in January.
It is stated that Juventus’ primary targets for the winter transfer window are a striker and a defender. Beto, who previously played for Udinese in Serie A and reached double digits in both of his seasons in Italy, is considered the favorite for the transfer, while Dominic Calvert-Lewin, whose contract with Everton expires at the end of the season, is also a standout candidate.
