The Paris 2024 Olympic Games have become the second most valuable sports organisation, surpassing the Premier League with a brand value of $11.4 billion. According to a report by international brand evaluation organisation Brand Finance, compiled by an AA correspondent, the brand value of the upcoming Paris Olympics reflects a 37.3% increase compared to the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games, which had a value of $8.3 billion.

The significant rise in the brand value of the Paris Olympics has allowed it to overtake the Premier League, one of the most globally watched and followed sports events.
