Rico Lewis: Leaving Manchester City Never Crossed My Mind

Rico Lewis has revealed that he never considered a loan move away from Manchester City this summer, as he focuses on cementing his place in Pep Guardiola’s plans for the 2024/25 season.

“I never thought about going anywhere. I was training with the best players in the world and the best manager in the world day-in, day-out. It’s impossible not to learn.” Lewis told The Telegraph.

Lewis has been included in Manchester City’s Champions League squad, though he falls under List B due to being born after January 1, 2003.
