After losing 3-0 to Beşiktaş at home in Week 7 of the Trendyol Süper Lig, Burak Yılmaz resigned following the match.
“I DECIDED TO STEP DOWN”
The young coach made the following statement: “We did everything we could, the only thing left was to step down. Today, I decided to step down. The team needed a change, and I think this change will be beneficial for the city, which is why I’m leaving. I’m not stepping down because of the transfer ban. I’m doing it because I believe Kayserispor needs a change.”
