Lionel Messi’s ‘Wonderful’ Performance vs Bolivia Leaves Lionel Scaloni in Awe

Argentina manager Lionel Scaloni was left speechless by Lionel Messi’s masterful display against Bolivia in World Cup qualification, as the 37-year-old was involved in all five of the team’s goals in a 5-0 victory.

Argentina easily won thanks to the incredible performance of the Inter Miami player, who netted three goals and provided two assists. Messi acknowledged that his international career is coming to an end after the game, but he also said that he is “feeling like a kid again.”

Scaloni’s Praise for Messi

Argentina manager Lionel Scaloni was left in awe of Messi’s brilliance and shared his admiration during the post-match press conference:

“He never ceases to amaze me. At one point, I sat down and talked to Pablo (Aimar) and told him, ‘This is wonderful.’ Being able to sit on this bench and see the things he does, with his team supporting him, is something truly special.”

Scaloni also made a heartfelt request to Messi:

“Let him play as long as he can, that is the only thing I ask of him because it is a pleasure to see him and have him on a football pitch.”
