Manager Gardi Finds Galatasaray’s New Goalkeeper: Transfer Fee Revealed

With the possibility of Fernando Muslera leaving Galatasaray at the end of the season, manager George Gardi has started the search for a replacement. A French goalkeeper, Alban Lafont, has emerged as a potential candidate and is reportedly open to joining the club. Additionally, the transfer fee for the 25-year-old goalkeeper has been disclosed.

Galatasaray head coach Okan Buruk recently announced that Muslera might leave the club and return to his home country after this season. In preparation, Galatasaray has begun scouting for a new goalkeeper.

According to Fanatik, George Gardi is personally overseeing the goalkeeper transfer negotiations. One of the key names on Galatasaray’s radar is Alban Lafont. Reports indicate that Gardi has already conducted initial talks with Lafont, who is open to the idea of joining the Turkish giants.

The 25-year-old French goalkeeper is reportedly interested in competing for championships and playing in the UEFA Champions League, making Galatasaray an attractive option. It was also noted that Nantes has set a price tag of €15 million for Lafont’s transfer.
