Mikel Arteta Provides Injury Update on Bukayo Saka, Jurrien Timber and Martin Odegaard

In light of Arsenal’s continued injury problems this season, manager Mikel Arteta has given an update on the health of three important players: Bukayo Saka, Jurrien Timber, and Martin Odegaard. Arteta said, “He’s going to be close.” in response to a question concerning Timber’s possible comeback for the forthcoming matchup against Shakhtar. Based on his performance in group training sessions, Timber’s availability will be evaluated, but this update indicates that he is getting closer to making a comeback.
