MotoGP Indonesia Qualifying: Martin on Pole, Bagnaia Fourth

Jorge Martin delivered an outstanding performance in the Indonesia Grand Prix qualifying sessions, securing pole position. The championship leader set a new lap record with a time of 1:29.088. However, chaos ensued further back, as Marc Marquez crashed while trying to keep up with Martin.

Although Marquez returned to the track on his spare bike, he squandered his second chance with another crash, qualifying in 14th place. VR46 rider Marco Bezzecchi surprised everyone by claiming second place, just 0.535 seconds behind Martin. Rookie Pedro Acosta also impressed, finishing third.

Defending champion Bagnaia will start the race from fourth, while Yamaha’s Fabio Quartararo will begin in sixth.
