OFFICIAL: Saben Lee Signs with Maccabi Tel Aviv
Maccabi Tel Aviv has officially announced the signing of Saben Lee, the star player from Manisa Basket. The 25-year-old American guard has signed a two-year contract with the Israeli club.
After spending four seasons in the NBA, Lee made his European debut this summer with Manisa Basket, quickly making a significant impact. He stood out particularly in the Basketball Champions League, where his performances caught the attention of many.
In his first Champions League game for Manisa, Lee starred with 36 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists in a historic victory against Murcia. He followed that up with another standout performance against FMP Belgrade, scoring 43 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists to secure another win. In total, Lee played three games for Manisa Basket, averaging 30.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 5.0 assists before saying goodbye to the team.
