Alexander Isak Touted as ‘The Missing Piece’ for Real Madrid by Theo Walcott
Theo Walcott, a former England international, has stated that he thinks Alexander Isak, the top striker for Newcastle United, would be a perfect addition to Real Madrid’s team. Walcott called Isak a “complete forward” and said the Champions League winners will benefit greatly from his skill set.
Isak has been an exceptional player since moving from Real Sociedad to Newcastle in 2022, scoring 40 goals in 78 games and leaving a big impression in the Premier League. With 21 league goals in just the previous season, he caught the attention of Chelsea and possibly Real Madrid.
Isak’s contract with Newcastle is set to expire in 2028, although there has been conjecture on his future, with teams like Arsenal apparently interested in the Swedish forward. Though negotiations for a contract renewal have not yet started, Newcastle is still determined to keep him.
Walcott’s Idea of Isak’s LaLiga Comeback
Walcott stated that he hoped Isak would rejoin La Liga because he thought Real Madrid would gain a lot from his skill. Walcott’s support strengthens the idea that Isak might be a thrilling addition to Madrid’s team and play a significant role in their forward line as rumors abound about a possible move in 2025.
