Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou stated that Micky van de Ven, who was injured in the Manchester City match, is expected to return after the international break. The Dutch defender will miss the Galatasaray game.

Van de Ven was injured in the 14th minute of the League Cup match, which Tottenham won 2-1 against Manchester City, and had to leave the field.

In addition to Van de Ven, Romero and Timo Werner also sustained injuries in this match, though their injuries are not considered serious.
