BEARMAN TO TAKE MAGNUSSEN’S HAAS SEAT IN SPRINT
Ollie Bearman will replace Kevin Magnussen on the first day of the Sao Paulo GP due to Magnussen’s illness.
Starting in the 2025 season, Ollie Bearman will be racing for Haas, and with Kevin Magnussen feeling unwell, he’ll step into the VF-24 for the first day of the Sao Paulo Grand Prix. Haas’s experienced driver, Magnussen, who reported feeling unwell, will miss the weekend’s only practice session, the sprint qualifying, and thus Saturday’s sprint race.
If the Danish driver feels better, he may return for the second session of the weekend, Saturday’s qualifying rounds, at the earliest.
Haas will assess Kevin Magnussen’s condition on Friday to determine if he can continue for the rest of the weekend.
