National Athletes Win Gold Medal at Air Weapons European Champions League!

In the Air Weapons European Champions League, Turkish athletes Yusuf Dikec and Simal Yilmaz claimed the gold medal by defeating the host country Serbia 3-1 in the Air Pistol team final.

The competition, held in Belgrade, Serbia’s capital, features the Air Pistol Team semi-finals, which will conclude tomorrow. Competing in the semi-finals were Turkish athletes Yusuf Dikec, Bugra Selimzade, Sevval Ilayda Tarhan, and Simal Yilmaz. After achieving a 2-2 draw in the semi-final match, Yusuf Dikec and Simal Yilmaz faced Germany in a shoot-off and secured a commanding 16-2 victory, earning the right to compete for the gold medal.

In the final match against Serbia, the Turkish athletes emerged victorious with a score of 3-1, thereby winning the gold medal.
