Uncertainty About Tasdemir in Bodrum
Bodrum Football Club, which recently lost 2-0 to Fenerbahce in the Super Lig, is reportedly considering parting ways with head coach Ismet Tasdemir.
It has been noted that the green-white management will hold discussions with the experienced coach due to consecutive defeats and may bid farewell to Tasdemir.
Tasdemir, who has completed his fourth season at Bodrum FK, successfully promoted the team from the 2nd League to the Super Lig. He led the club to a Play-Off championship in the 2nd League, making history. Last season, his team also reached a happy ending in the 1st League Play-Off final, achieving the club’s first-ever promotion to the Super Lig.
Fans of Bodrum FK have reacted to the possibility of the 50-year-old coach’s departure by expressing their discontent to the management. Supporters devoted to the green-white colors showed significant support for Ismet Tasdemir through social media. Fans united in the view that they should definitely continue with Tasdemir and argued that no alternative decision should be made.
According to claims, if Bodrum FK parts ways with Ismet Tasdemir, they will negotiate with Volkan Demirel.
