Serhat Akın, who is now a sports commentator, announced that he was shot after a live broadcast following the Fenerbahçe – Union Saint-Gilloise match. He shared on social media, “They shot my feet after the program; our last words are Fenerbahçe,” along with a photo of his foot. It was reported that two masked attackers on a motorcycle fired three shots, injuring Akın’s foot, and he was taken to the hospital. The Beykoz Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office has launched an investigation into the attack.

The security camera footage of the incident has been revealed. The footage shows Serhat Akın exiting the building with another person when he was shot by an individual running quickly towards him, and the shooter then escaped the scene on a motorcycle.
