SHOCKING WORDS ABOUT PAUL POGBA

Graeme Souness made striking comments regarding Paul Pogba, who was banned from the field for 4 years due to doping but had his sentence reduced to 18 months.

The former player and manager Souness accused Pogba, who is set to return to football after his doping ban, of wasting his talent. He stated, “Paul Pogba is extremely talented but a wasted talent. The worst thing that happened to him was winning the World Cup. After that point, he almost gave up football and just sat on his couch. Jose Mourinho referred to him as a ‘virus’ during his time managing Manchester United. There’s something missing in Pogba’s mind!”

WHAT HAPPENED?

Paul Pogba, who plays for Serie A giant Juventus, made headlines worldwide due to the doping scandal. The French star has been in the spotlight for his recent injuries and drop in form, and his doping tests came back positive. Doping was detected in tests taken on August 20 and October 6, 2023. The National Anti-Doping Agency announced that Pogba would face a 4-year ban from football, despite his ongoing contract with Juventus.
