Talisca’s New Destination Revealed

Brazilian star Anderson Talisca, who has been a key player for Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia for over three years, is reportedly on the verge of a transfer to Qatari club Al-Gharafa. According to sources from the Arab press, Al Nassr is planning a significant squad reshuffle, with Talisca, along with Alex Telles, Otavio, and Sadio Mane, likely to leave the club.

Al Nassr’s management is said to be open to parting ways with these four high-profile players, with Talisca being the most likely candidate to exit. Reports from Al Jazeera highlighted Talisca as the foreign player with the highest probability of leaving Al Nassr, and now, new reports suggest that his loan move to Al-Gharafa is imminent.

Despite signing a three-year contract extension with Al Nassr last year, Talisca’s future seems set in Qatar. The 30-year-old Brazilian had an impressive last season, scoring 25 goals and providing 4 assists in 25 appearances. However, this season, he has yet to make a significant impact, with no goals or assists in 179 minutes of play across three matches.

Talisca, who previously played on loan for Beşiktaş between 2016 and 2018, is now poised for a new chapter in his career in the Qatari league.
