Aston Villa’s Striker Signs New Contract

English Premier League team Aston Villa has announced that Jhon Duran has extended his contract until 2030. After a strong start to the Premier League season, with only one loss in seven matches, Aston Villa secured the extension of their striker.

The club stated that Duran’s new contract will be valid until 2030. He joined Aston Villa from MLS team Chicago Fire in 2023.

Aston Villa has collected 14 points from seven matches in the Premier League, with four wins and one draw. Under Unai Emery’s management, the team has also won both matches in the Champions League against Young Boys and Bayern Munich.

Jhon Duran’s Career

This season, Jhon Duran has played in 10 matches for Aston Villa, scoring six goals. Throughout his career, he has represented Envigado and Chicago Fire. Duran has made 12 appearances for the Colombian national team, scoring one goal.
