Nestle KitKat becomes F1’s ‘official chocolate’
Formula 1 and Nestle have announced a new multi-year partnership that makes KitKat the ‘official chocolate of Formula 1’.
The multi-year agreement will begin in 2025, the 90th anniversary of KitKat and the 75th anniversary of Formula 1, and will see KitKat become the official chocolate of Formula 1, with trackside advertising and consumer activations.
Emily Prazer, Formula 1’s Chief Commercial Officer, said: “We are delighted to have a globally recognised fun brand like KitKat join us as a partner.”
“They are loved all over the world and we can’t wait to see the great experiences they will bring to our fans on the track, as well as bringing new audiences to the sport.”
“Formula 1 is a global phenomenon with a rapidly growing, diverse fan base, especially among younger audiences,” said Bernard Meunier, Head of Strategic Business Units and Marketing & Sales at Nestlé.
