Pulisic Reflects on AC Milan’s ‘Special Win’ Over Real Madrid, Praises Team and Fans
Christian Pulisic expressed his pride in AC Milan’s recent 3-1 Champions League triumph over Real Madrid, describing it as a “special” win. Reflecting on the November 5 victory, Pulisic, who assisted the opening goal, praised the team’s collective effort and highlighted his teammate Yunus Musah’s performance against Real Madrid’s Ballon d’Or runner-up, Vinicius Jr.
“I’ve played against Real Madrid about eight times now in the Champions League, which is crazy,” Pulisic said. “This last one was an incredible team effort. Yunus [Musah] was given a unique role, and he held their left side, which is a real challenge. He was essential to our success.”
Pulisic also acknowledged the “electric” atmosphere at San Siro, crediting the fans for making the stadium feel “amazing” and helping drive Milan to a memorable victory.
