Ruben Amorim Talks About His ‘Life-Changing’ Coaching Style

As he prepares to take over as manager of Manchester United, Ruben Amorim has revealed specifics about his coaching approach.

Erik ten Hag will be replaced by the Portuguese coach, who will infuse Old Trafford with fresh ideas and vitality. The agreement that Amorim has signed is valid until June 2027. As United searches for stability and success, he will be the sixth manager since Sir Alex Ferguson retired in 2013.

In an interview with TNT Brazil, Amorim explained this mindset. “I know I’m not the best, technically or tactically. My real strength is helping my players. I was a player, I went through a lot, and I treat them as people first. Football comes after that.” he said.
